  Django [Jamie Foxx]a black slave is saved from the Speck brothers by a German Dentist-turned bounty hunter,Dr.King Schultz.He offers him freedom in exchange for help to track down the Brittle Brother's.Django is a broken man who is upset of losing his wife and he knows just like him,his wife too will be working as a slave somewhere.Django helps Schultz to track down the Brittle brothers and kill them and in exchange above Django's freedom Schultz promises him to track down his wife.So Django becomes Schultz's partner and together they form an efficient bounty hunter duo.Schultz gives Django all respect and gives him a horse to ride on.A black man riding a horse was not common those days and this act irked many on their way.

     Django and Schultz track down Brooomhilda,the wife of Django in Mississippi.She was owned by a charming but cruel person called Calvin J.Candle [Leonarodo DiCaprio].In the pretext of a deal to buy some good black fighters from him both Django and Schultz meets Candle and manages to impress him and stay in his house.Calvin and his crooked loyal slave Stephen [Samuel L.Jackson], is not impressed by the royal stature of the black man Django.They meet Broomhilda and make a plan to rescue her from Calvin's custody.But the dubious Stephen smells something fishy and he intimates Calvin on time.Matters take a complicated and bloody turn as the cruel and ruthless Calvin turn the heat on Django and Schultz.But a wounded and betrayed predator,Django, is all set to cut lose and pounce on his enemies.

               In one word ,this movie is majestic.The best from the master director Quintin Tarantino till date.It seems bloody and violent but that's so common with his movies.Yet we love to watch his movies for his unique style and execution.This movie is funny at times and the action sequences are just mind blowing.
            As far as performances are concerned I must first mention about Leonardo DiCaprio.He steals the show with his charm and powerful performance.He seems effortless ,depicting an antihero role that of Calvin which could have gone out of proportion at any moment.But he is so versatile and flexible that he does his act to utmost perfection.Jamie Foxx has always been a great actor but Django is a role of his lifetime.He speaks through his eyes and lots are understood from his face.Christoph Waltz has always been Quintin's pet and no wonder why;as he comes up with another masterly performance as Dr.Schultz.A performance which won him many accolades including the Oscar's and Golden Globe.Samuel L.Jackson as usual is perfect and convincing.A movie that must be in your life time collection.MUST WATCH...
