#POSITIVES.
1. The main highlight of this movie is that the movie is so pacy without wasting any time for any drama. As the plot is meant as an action thriller, the makers successfully delivers the exact package as they promised.
2. Top notch performance fro Liam Neeson.Great action moves without being so loud or over animated.
3. Lovable display by Maggie Grace, perfectly fits into the role of an innocent teenage girl.
4. Slick action, great technical work all the way.Neat and tidy....
#NEGATIVES.
1. Well one man against just too many can question your logic sometimes but after all you watch a movie for fun and so why  worry too much about logic.
#BOX OFFICE.
The movie received generally positive reviews around the world. The movie opened well in North America and continued well in the coming weeks grossing around $145 million. The movie was a tremendous success in other markets too mainly in Asian countries. The movie grossed $226 million worldwide against a budget of $25 million. The stupendous success of this movie prompted the makers to come with a sequel in 2012 called Taken 2.The sequel too was such a huge hit that a third one called Taken 3 was released in 2014.

TIP OF THE DAY: ONE FATHER IS MORE THAN A HUNDRED BODYGUARDS.
