Verdict: Gripping plot and powerful direction.Must watch.

 #PLOT.    
             The Texas boy Chris Kyle [Bradley Cooper],always wanted to be a cowboy.But the 9/11 attacks on world trade center make him think otherwise and he decides to serve the army as a sniper.After training he is send to Iraq to hunt down an al-Qaeda leader,Abu Musam al-Zarqavi.He works as a cover in many operations and his precision and accuracy helps the team get through many crisis.Soon he becomes very famous among the American troops and earns himself the name 'Legend'. Meantime another enemy sniper who was a former Olympic's  champion,Mustafa,was spawning too much panic among the American troops.

          Kyle becomes a father of two and so his wife needs him more often,while Kyle is obsessed with the war and his team, that he always wanted to be in the battle ground.His presence above as a sniper gave a very save feeling for the troops below.As the war becomes gruesome Kyle starts losing his team members one by one to Mustafa's accuracy as he was hitting his targets regularly.Soon it almost becomes personal between Mustafa and Kyle as the US army need to bring down Mustafa as soon as possible to win the war.The Legend,Kyle is the only one they can rely but Kyle's family comes in the way at last as they don't want him back in Iraq.Now it's a tough choice for Kyle,between his family and nation and this put him in an emotional turmoil.

#POSITIVES.

1. An excellent performance from Bradley Cooper. Depicts  Kyle with intensity and vulnerability.
2. Powered by Clint Eastwood's masterly direction.Great Character study.
3. Excellent depiction of war of devastated Iraq and battered humans.
4. A physical and psychological toll on soldier's who fight for their country.
5. Excellent editing and sound mixing.

#NEGATIVES.

1. Questions our morality sometimes.

#BOX OFFICE.
    A big success at the box office grossing around $550 million worldwide against a budget of around $60 million.It's the highest grossing war film of all time.It's also one of the most profitable movies in Hollywood.A movie to be cherished long for Clint Eastwood and Bradley Cooper.
