Verdict: Electrifying Action movie...

A retired CIA operative,Robert McCall[Denzel.W],works at a mall and to his co-workers he is like a fatherly figure and a helpful man.He leads a quite life yet systematic and philosophical.McCall usually spends late nights in a 24/7 cafe reading,where he meets a teenage prostitute Alina[Chloe G Moretz],everyday.They exchange few words daily and knowing about the trap Alina is in and her age,McCall befriends her soon and try to persuade her out from this ugly life.His words strike Alina and she soon opens her mind to him about the dream of being a singer.One day as Alina and McCall were rambling through the road at night,a car intercepts them and two violent men supposed to be the people who have lieged Alina,drags her into a car in front of McCall.Cool as ever McCall doesn't react then but this incident shakes him.He doesn't find Alina for the next few days in the cafe and he come to know that she is admitted in a hospital ICU.

   He decides to visit her in hospital and learns from Alina's friend about the torture she underwent and how she is enslaved by the Russian mafia.He approaches the Russians and pays them some money to free Alina but they decline and starts ridiculing McCall.All hell break loose,as their attitude awakes the deadly operative sleeping inside McCall and he kills all 5 of them before leaving quietly.This makes their Russian boss Pushkin run crazy and he sends his lunatic deputy Teddy Rensen [Marton Csokas],to trace down the killer and to take care of his illegal business in US.

 A very compassionate person he is,McCall tries to help out his friends from their problems even risking the hard way.He becomes a man fighting against injustice surrounding his friends.Meanwhile Teddy announces his arrival by his killing spree of those against his mafia.Soon he close in on McCall,but this time its not easy for McCall as Teddy hem in on his friends.McCall has a tough task ahead to save his friends and take on Teddy and his highly armed men.

        The movie present you with some first-rate action scenes you would have ever seen.Well crafted and well directed,this movie is worth every moment.Movie is so fast paced that it will keep you staring at your DVD player for two hours.The stamp of Antoine Fuqua is quite obvious and he doesn't disappoint you this time too.

    When it comes to sublime acting,there is none better than Denzel.He excels in action scenes too,which makes him the best superstar of our generation.Chloe Grace Moretz,as usual looks so grace full.The innocent and unloved Alina looked safe in her hands.Don't miss this great movie.Go grab your DVD's today.
