Verdict: More like a psychological thriller. Interesting plot.

             Mel Gibson is one of the most intelligent personalities in Hollywood.He is a successful Actor ,Director and Producer.He has many critically acclaimed, as well as box office hits under his his belt.Known for the complex and matured roles he has essayed in his career,Mel Gibson still carry on with the same passion and dedication in Hollywood.Some of his movies like the Lethal Weapon series,Braveheart and The Sixth Sense are still considered as the top box office money spinners of all time.He has won various Awards not only as an actor but also as a producer and director.Hats off to the real all-rounder of Hollywood.

            Julia Roberts,the girl with the most charming smile in the world.The pretty women was the romantic face of Hollywood in the 90,s.She is a remarkably talented actress and a very successful producer.She shot into fame with an earth shattering blockbuster named The Pretty Woman in 1990.She has won numerous awards at the Golden Globe and Oscars.A lady with a graceful smile and a peerless talent.

 Jerry Fletcher [Mel Gibson] is an eccentric cab driver who can't keep his mouth shut anytime ,as he talks about a conspiracy theory behind every major world events.He seems crazy to all the people for his frame of mind  and his stupid way of behaving makes matters worse for him.He reads all newspapers daily and conclude on a theory of his own and starts publishing his own newsletter called The Conspiracy Theory which has 5 subscribers.One day it seems that one of his conspiracy theory comes true and he finds a group of government officials hell bent to take him and finish him.He discovers that 4 out his 5 subscribers are suddenly found dead within 24 hours.
           Jerry constantly keeps in touch with Alice Sutton[Julia Roberts] and explains her with his theories to warn the president but she too takes Jerys's word lightly and considers him mentally sick.But as incidents unflod it seems that Jerry is right and he is being chased by top ranked officials who want him dead or alive.There seems to be a dark past for Jerry and it has something to do with Alice.Alice starts to help Jerry in his search for the conspirators and things turn bloody and deadly putting both of them in grave danger.
Things look impossible for the twosome against an army behind their back.
          The movie takes you through a journey of very anxious and gripping moments and leads you to a world of treacherous government conspiracies ,just as Jerry's theory.Mel Gibson delivers a stunning performance as a mentally unstable guy.He, as usual nurtures his character throughout the movie.He is definitely a perfectionist.Julia Roberts looks stunning with her unique charm and matches Mel Gibson in every frame.A wonderful actress which she is,this character doesn't challenge the acting faculty in her much.The movie can drag you in between, which happens with every intellectual movies,but it gains momentum towards the end.This movie is worth a watch for its plot and for some edgy moments especially in the second half.
